The history of Yeksaan Arian Khodro Company (privately held company) in the automotive industry dates back to the 1940s and when the deceased Mohammad Yekeh Fallah established Otol Bashi as a sales, repair, after-sales service and spare parts representative of Iran National. Peykan is the first product of Irannational that was offered in Otol Bashi dealerships.

Since 1997, Otol Bashi has set up a Daewoo products dealership alongside Irannational dealership on Tehranno Street in Tehran in an area of ​​1000 square meters, and in 1998, Otol Bashi Company became the most experienced and modern after-sales service dealership. Since 1999, the dealership management has been trying to establish a car parts production unit with the aim of producing Daewoo car bodies, and in this regard, inaugurated “Chakad Sanat Fallah Cooperative Company” in Nourin industrial town of Abhar city with the view of creating employment in the region and saving currency in the automotive industry started its activity.

With the start of the research and development center in September 2009, the automotive design project has started and according to the plans, the product design and development is expected to be done within the next three years.
